Facebook is effectively the worlds largest social networking site with (I believe) in excess of 350m users. The site allows people to exchange vides, files and updates on their social activities.
The site has received a great deal of criticism from a business perspective as it has failed to identify ways in which it can capitalise on its vast number of users. Facebook has used some contextual based advertising serving image and text ads to user profiles.
Locally I have yet to find any advertisers who have been particularly happy with any Facebook based campaigns.
